Video & Photo Problems
What will I need to see the videos?
We primarily use WMV (Windows Media Video) for our video formats. Most
computers come with the necessary software to view our movies. Some older
browsers or players may need updating to see our videos. We advise using the most up-to-date browser
and player at all times. Click on the appropriate link below to download
the latest browser.
I am an AOL USER, what must I do to upgrade my browser?
If you need to upgrade to the latest version of AOL, go to Keyword and type in "upgrade" then follow the instructions.
How do I save the movies to my hard drive?
Click the movie link with your right mouse button and select "Save Target As..."
for Internet Explorer users and "Save Link As..." for Netscape users. For Macintosh users "control + click" and select the appropriate command
depending on your browser.
I get disconnected from the net before I'm done downloading a movie?
If you are having trouble downloading these movies before getting disconnected from the net, we recommend using a download manager.
Click on the appropriate link below to download the download manager.
How can I save the pictures to my hard drive?
After the picture is fully loaded, you need to right click your mouse
and select "save image as..".
If you are on a Mac, just hold down the mouse button until the "save image" text menu appears.
Why do the videos and photos take forever to show up?
Even if your computer is the latest, greatest thing out there, most people with a 56K (or less) modem and dial up connection are NOT going to see TV-quality
streaming video or instant photo downloads.
How can I make the videos and pictures download real fast?
Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) or a cable modem gives you more speed by allowing more data to pass through the line at a faster pace, thereby giving you
better performance. You need to talk to your local phone or cable company to see
if either of these services are available to you.
