Problems
What browser should I be using?
While our site is compatible with all browsers we know of, some of our features are browser dependent. If you have Netscape 4.0, Microsoft Explorer 4.0, AOL 4.0 or greater, you'll have no problems at all.

I am an AOL USER, what must I do to upgrade my browser?
If you need to upgrade to the latest version of AOL, go to Keyword and type in "upgrade" then follow the instructions.
What about WebTV?
Our site will be able to be viewed with WebTV.
Currently WebTV is not able to use Java.
How do I enable Java and Java Script for my browser?
AOL 4.0:
Click My AOL (on AOL menu toward the top of your screen)
click Preferences
click WWW
click the Secutity tab
click Custom
click Settings
scroll down to locate Scripting
click Enable for Active Scripting
click OK, then click the Reload button
Internet Explorer 5.0:
Click Tools (on the menu toward the top of your screen)
click Internet Options
click the Secutity tab
click Custom
under Settings scroll down to locate Scripting
click Enable for Active Scripting
click OK, then click the Reload button
Internet Explorer 4.0:
Click View (on the menu toward the top of your screen)
click Internet Options
click the Secutity tab
click Custom
click Settings
scroll down to locate Scripting
click Enable for Active Scripting
click OK, then click the Reload button
Netscape 4.0 or greater:
Click Edit top left of your screen
then click Preferences
then click Advanced
ensure there is a check mark in both "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript"
then click OK
